POSEIDON – A scalable & compliant cloud platform to serve harmonized & de-identified Real-World & multi-omics data to researchers & clinicians [SciBite, City of Hope + DNAnexus Webinar]

POSEIDON is an enterprise-wide data platform built on the DNAnexus technology stack, led by the Center for Precision Medicine at City of Hope, one of the largest cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States. Within the platform SciBite supports the harmonization of patient data, bringing together multi-omic data in the context of underlying patient characteristics and treatment history.

This innovative platform unifies patient data and comprehensive germline and somatic genomic profiling for over 670,000 patients, supporting the precision medicine program across City of Hope’s network of more than 30 clinical locations.
