In this blog we announce the v2.0 release of SciBite Search, our intelligent scientific search platform. We’ve expanded our Elsevier data connectivity, broadening the sources you can load and search, as well as a host of features that improve the user experience.
We’re excited to announce the 2.0 release of SciBite Search, SciBite’s next-generation text analytics scientific semantic search tool. SciBite Search allows researchers to quickly find meaningful insights from public and proprietary data, either by free text searching or using a rich array of Life Science vocabularies and taxonomies. The intuitive user interface, coupled with flexible content loading and custom vocabularies, along with a host of personalisation options, enables organizations to better serve biomedical search and discovery.
In this release, we’ve expanded data connectivity, broadening the sources you can load and search, as well as added a host of features that improve the user experience.
SciBite is proud to be data agnostic, allowing you to load, index, and analyse more of the data that matters to you. In this release, we’ve made it possible to easily ingest content from several popular Elsevier resources and search the documents and metadata for important insights **.
Our tools work together to make managing and leveraging your data more seamless. Integrate vocabularies and ontologies created in CENtree, SciBite’s ontology management platform, or load TERMite bundles, so that you can use the vocabularies, taxonomies, and bundles to semantically search and quickly find the information you need from the public and proprietary datasets within SciBite Search.
We’re always working to make things easier. With the addition of improved PDF viewing, a dark mode setting, and the ability to export data in a bibliographic format, SciBite Search continues to evolve to meet its customers needs.
More details about SciBite Search can be found here. For more information about SciBite Search 2.0, please contact the team.
** Please contact Elsevier for data licensing for Elsevier resources.
